2. Scope of processing

This website is a purely informational page. We use no cookies, no tracking, no analytics and no social media plugins. There is no contact form. Fonts are embedded from an external service; see section 4 for details.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the site, your browser automatically transmits data that is temporarily stored in a log file:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the requested resource
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser type and operating system

The purpose of processing is the technical delivery of the page and ensuring its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Fonts (Adobe Fonts)

For a consistent appearance we embed the FF Real typeface family via Adobe Fonts, a service of Adobe Inc., 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110, USA. When you access the site, your browser loads the font files from Adobe servers (use.typekit.net, p.typekit.net), transmitting your IP address to Adobe. According to Adobe, no cookies are set for font delivery and the data is not used for profiling. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in a consistent and legible presentation of our website. Transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Adobe's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.

6. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.

8. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
